Schedule

• 8:45 a.m.: Arrive at Louis Armstrong Stadium wearing academic attire.
  • Pick up name card
  • Assemble with department and line up. Grads will not line up alphabetically or by program so plan to arrive with your friends.
• 9:30 a.m.: The student procession will move to the stadium.
• 9:45 a.m.: Process to student seating.
• 10:00 a.m.: Program begins.

During the program, each grad will walk across the stage as their name is read. A professional photographer will capture all these moments.

• Graduates will be able to register for up to eight (8) guest tickets.
• Ticket registration begins on Wednesday, April 6th and concludes on Friday, April 22nd.
• Tickets are electronic and will be sent via email from Ticketmaster to the graduate. 
• Guests cannot print tickets for scanning at the stadium. They must be scanned on a smartphone.

Academic Attire

All students who plan to participate in Convocation must wear academic attire.

Masters grads buy academic attire from the CU Bookstore and wear a CU blue Masters robe and mortarboard. 

Graduates can purchase/rent attire from the bookstore in-person or online. 

Academic attire is available as of Monday, March 14, 2022. Last date to order online is April 27, 2022
