Candidates
Candidates who have questions regarding access to the venue, or anticipate an access need (whether it be a physical need, as a ramp, or a language need, as a CART provider or sign language interpreter) while at the venue should contact the Office of Access and Services for individuals with Disabilities (OASID) as early as possible to discuss appropriate arrangements.
Accessible Seating Tickets
TC’s goal for Convocation is that grads and their guests have the most enjoyable experience possible. To that end, we ask grads to think about their guest group and alert us of any accommodations they or you as a grad may require for the ceremony.
Think broadly about what would make your guests experience the most comfortable and indicate that on the form linked below.
Grads who require accessible guest tickets will not go through the regular ticketing process.
